Business Development Manager
Hafeez is pivotal in driving the growth and market expansion of Casio EdTech by building and maintaining successful relationships with educators, administrators, and school systems across the country.

In this role, Hafeez is involved in attending networking events, math education conferences, and helping teachers discover the benefits of Casio in the classroom.
Vince Zaccardi
Senior Manager, National Sales
Vince is a former math teacher that has been working with schools and teachers on STEM solutions for 25 years. Vince's passion is to bring the best of Casio innovation and technology to school districts to help them achieve their desired student outcomes.
Beyond Casio, you'll find Vince spending time with his wife and 3 kids, walking the dogs, and working outside in his yard.
Michelle Fendrock
Sales Support Manager
Michelle plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the EdTech division, providing essential services to sales representatives and clientele.
Martin Osborne
Director, Sales
Martin is instrumental in developing and executing sales and marketing programs with our big box retailers. He has been with Casio for over 15 years working in the EdTech Division the entire time. Martin is passionate about growing our retail partnerships to ensure Casio calculators are accessible to purchase in stores at the best prices available.
In his time away from Casio, Martin enjoys spending time with his family going to the beach, boating and traveling.
Nathan Austin
Software Project Manager
Nathan taught mathematics to grades 7-12 for 11 years before joining Casio. Over the past 15+ years, he as taken on the role of software tester, trainer, and liaison between customers and developer teams – advocating for the needs of users and identifying areas for improvement. Nathan ensures that our products maintain a high standard of quality.
As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, Nathan enjoys travel, technology, reading, baking, and his weekly guitar night with friends.
Dave Shaw
Digital Marketing Manager
Dave is a marketing professional whose driving purpose is to spread awareness about the capabilities and benefits of Casio technology. Dave brings over fifteen years of experience in social and search to Casio and a competency for adaptation to the ever-shifting landscape online.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys the challenge of commercial flight simulation, spending time with his wife and son, and improving his smoked brisket and barbecue recipes.
Tomoko Fulcomer
Planning Analyst
Tomoko has been with Casio for seven months. She supports Casio's customers by maintaining and improving the U.S. national inventory to meet sales demands.
In her spare time, Tomoko enjoys spending time with her three children and bicycle rides on the beach with her family.
Ryo Kaneko
Director, Software Development
Ryo has over 20 years of software development experience and is familiar with embedded software for handhelds, specializing in Computer Algebra Systems and Geometry. He has worked in this field since he was in charge of the Portland R&D office as the successor to his master “Sensei”, Hideshi Fukaya, the inventor of the graphing calculator.
He is currently adapting cloud based web applications for use with cutting edge technology such as LTI and QTI.
Norikazu Tani
Director, Business Planning & Strategy
Norikazu in this role is responsible for steering the business unit toward sustainable growth through detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Jim Gross
General Manager, Education
Jim brings over thirty years of experience to the EdTech industry, primarily with Casio America, Inc., where he has supported hardware products and the new ClassPad.net math tool. Jim leverages Casio's global leadership in access and affordability to help bridge the technology gap for underserved students in the U.S.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jim enjoys traveling, cycling, and quality time with his grandchildren alongside his wife, Lynn. He is also known for engaging in competitive golf with his Japanese colleagues, with whom he shares a deep, enduring friendship.
Marko Wityk
General Manager, Sales
Marko is responsible for facilitating and fostering relationships with large-scale and retail partners. Marko's role entails developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance existing accounts, pursue new partnerships, and uncover market opportunities.
Hirofumi Takeda
Senior General Manager
In this role, Hirofumi has helped guide and transform the division's focus towards educational technology and moving Casio closer to achieving its mission in the education sector .
